Sparkle Express Car Wash

Randy, I was talking to Randy and she did such an amazing job trying to sell me a car wash even though I don’t live anywhere near here but if you live in this area, you should definitely buy a CARWASH here because just her loan is amazing so keep up the good work!

Do not use this car wash! They damaged my new Genesis G80 (less than 2 months old at the time). I was an original customer of Fuller's car wash for years and never had any issues. Sparkle damaged my black alloy wheels - multiple scratches and scuffs on both driver's side wheels! I immediately spoke to an attendant (Dave) when it happened and he took several pictures and submitted a damage report. However, like many other former customers on here, I was advised by Sparkle (District Manager Austin Froberg) that they refuse to take responsibility for damage caused to customers' vehicles. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership immediately.

This place is extremely customer friendly, when you pull up to the kiosk to pay there is an attendant that displays the different carwashes you could get along with explaining the benefits on if you were to get a membership. There's no trying to reach out your car window to tap your card the attendant does that for you. Sparkle makes it simple and easy to get a great car wash.

A membership was opened in my name without my authorization. I tried multiple times to cancel and was told they couldn’t even find my account. Despite this, my debit card was charged anyway. I disputed the charges through my bank and thought it was resolved, but I was charged again in November ($20.95), December ($20.95), and January ($20.95) — even though I have not used this car wash since July. This account should have been canceled long ago. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Watch your bank statements closely.
